Elana completed her training in Soma Structural Integration in 2024. She found the work through horses and when she saw the results, decided to try it herself. The work was an amazing experience and it helped her overcome numerous problems in her own body. Not only that, but it had a drastic improvement on her riding. From there, she knew she wanted to share the work with many others.

Although Elana loves working with everyone, she especially loves working with fellow equestrians emphasizing the importance of being balanced and well rounded in your own body in order to help your horse.

In school, Elana decided to write her case report on a fellow equestrian who went through the Structural Integration 11 - Series. Elana was excited to be able to work with, enhance, and empower her client’s riding ability. Not only did her client feel better in the saddle, but improved in other areas of life as well.
